• SUPERIOR CLUB CAR:

Appetizer Chefs Choice:

               Examples:

– Crab stuffed Mushrooms with a balsamic vinegar reduction

– Roasted Brussel Sprouts served in a maple syrup & bacon glaze.

Soup/Salad Chefs Choice:

-Spinach & Fresh Berry Salad

-Soup (May-Aug: Cold Summer Gazpacho Soup, Sept-Nov: Creamy Delicate Potato Soup)

Entrée Your Choice of: (All entrees served with rolls & butter)

-Beef Tenderloin-grilled and topped with a fresh seasonal potato and vegetable.

-Chicken cordon Bleu-served with chef’s choice potato and vegetable.

-Lemon steamed salmon-with a ginger teriyaki sauce served with a fresh seasonal potato and vegetable.

-Lightly breaded Eggplant Parmesan-served with a garlic tomato sauce and a vegetable.

• FIRST CLASS CAR:

Salad Tossed Garden Salad with croutons & grated cheese

Entrée Your Choice of: (All entrees served with rolls & butter)

-Slow Roasted Turkey Breast, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy and Vegetable

Brown Sugar Glazed Ham, Mashed Potatoes and Vegetable

Braised Beef Tips, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy and Vegetable

5 Cheese Ravioli in a garlic tomato sauce topped with parmesan cheese

Dessert: 1 option; Chef’s Choice

 

• PREMIUM COACH:

-Packaged Snack (Granola Bar, crackers, etc.)

-White box lunch: Your Choice of:

-Turkey Sandwich, pasta, chips, dessert, & bottled water.

-Chicken Salad Sandwich, pasta salad, chips, dessert & bottled water.

-Kids Turkey & Cheese on regular bread, applesauce, yogurt, & Juice box.

-Kids PB&J on regular bread, applesauce, yogurt, & juice box.

 

• STANDARD COACH:

-No meal service included, concessions available for additional purchase during the ride in our concessions car. Coach passengers may bring a small lunch box, coolers are NOT permitted.
